Prayer: Heavenly Father, I will never turn back to my old sinful ways or let them condemn me. I now have a fresh start on life.  Help me Holy Spirit to crucify the lusts of the flesh and not get tangled up with my same old sins.  I need your help every hour of every day!  Thank you Jesus.
